Dear Westchester Hills HOA Members,
Your Architectural Control Committee follows a "reactive policy" on Covenant violations beginning with a homeowner complaint and ending with a formal ACC notification. This takes time and we, your neighbors, in voluntary service on your behalf, believe that there can be a better way to manage the growing number of minor Covenant violations that detract from our neighborhood's appearance and may affect property values.
If you notice a Covenant violation, talk with your neighbor first. Contact an ACC representative or HOA officer or email your complaint to w3stchesterhillsacc@gmail.com

RECYCLING & Yard Waste GUIDELINES
Collection of recyclables and yard trash is provided by Ryland Environmental once every-other-week on Friday - the same day of the week as your solid wastepick up. Your trash cart, recycling bin and yard trash must be placed at the curb for collection. *NOTE: Glass is not collected.* As per the Covenants, your bins shall not be in view from the street.
YARD WASTE PICK-UP every other week by Ryland. "Branches and bags must be at least 3 feet from the curb on homeowners property" for pickup.
County ordinance: Yard waste must NOT be placed on roads or waterways. "Fines are a minimum of $100 and maximum of $1000 per occurance for such placements."
STREET PARKING: No RV's or trailers may be parked on the street or stored on the homeowner's property in full view of the street. Car parking may be temporary only and is not allowed overnight. This is NOT a neighborhood that parks cars on the street.
